Purpose:
I write this letter to propose a solution
to a serious problem at University of Engineering and Technology,Taxila. The
problem is that with the passage of time,the number of students in the
university is increasing and university has limited buses for Day Scholar
Students.The other reason is that the seats in the buses are very small.Two
students can sit hardly on a joint
seat.A large number of students travel in stand position in buses.Due this
reason,there is possibility of a big accident.If any problem occurs due to this
reason,it will create a bad impression of university reputation and nothing is
more important than life.
Suggestion:
I suggest that first of all we should
not allow the people to travel in university buses other than university
students.University should arrange some special bus routes for teachers and
other faculty members.Moreover,university should arrange routes according to
the numbers of students.So that,the students can easily reach to their homes with
out any problem.Also there should be a proper time table for buses because
students should not miss the bus routes.The length of seats should be maximum
so that students can easily sit on a joint seat.
Costs:
Whatever the cost is to solve this
problem but there is nothing important than life.The cost will be low.The
university should write a letter to Pakistan Engineering Council about this
reference so that they should support to solve this serious problem.This
problem should be solved as soon as possible so that the students would feel
relaxation.
